The Role
You will be joining a rapidly growing organisation who are winning contracts across the UK. ARMS
Innovations are experts in Asset Lifecycle Management, offering our clients innovative software
solutions, service contracts and consultative expertise through our own, proprietary Quality
Management System (QMS). We deliver our best-in-class asset and resource management software
and consultancy services to a broad range of clients across multiple sectors.

Reporting to the Director of Technology, we are looking for an experienced, ambitious and talented
full stack software developer to help us conceive, architect and build our next-generation product.
This is a key strategic goal of ARMS Innovations.

You will help build a new development team and will work closely with the existing business analysts, quality assurance experts and project management to help us plan and deliver the new SaaS platform.
You will learn the QMS and our existing software products that implement the QMS detailed
processes and controls. The current software has been developed, in-house, over several years and
focuses on engineering asset reliability, efficiency, continuous improvement, safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance experts and project management to
define and implement the technical roadmap.
• Deliver requirements as defined in specifications ensuring quality throughout.
• Help diagnose and identify issues.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using .NET and React within an Azure
• Coordinate with product team to ensure timely project delivery.

Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience working in a team of developers in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core with C#.
• Strong knowledge of MVC, React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL and Desktop applications.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, Unit testing, Azure, CI/CD and Git.
• Knowledge of Docker and Containerization, Agile, Business Intelligence, Jira and Confluence
is advantageous.

The candidate will need to possess the following qualities to succeed in the role:
• Excellent software engineer with a proven track record of working on complex enterprise-level
products. Involvement in development of new technological stack and frameworks.
• Besides ensuring functional excellence, you’ll need to understand and accommodate nonfunctional requirements: accessibility, security, scalability and performance, availability, audit,
multi-tenancy, configurability, extendibility and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of the options and best practices involved in DevOps so we can move
between development and production environments seamlessly.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• Great attention to detail and an analytical mind.
• Collaborate in backlog refinement as a team effort.
