We are currently hiring for a Spare Parts Administrator Milton Keynes.

Full time on-site role, offering a final salary of £25,000 to £31,000 (DOE)

Mon – Friday 8am -5pm

 (possible future shift 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)

The Person

We are looking for a Spare Parts Administrator for our onsite engineering stores, this is a highly structured, organised and process-oriented role, requiring excellent IT skills including the use of the MS Office suit.

The candidate must be confident in using online digital stock management systems. The candidate must be a strong team player, customer focused with a positive outlook. A team player with a ‘can do’ positive attitude toward supporting our on-site team of engineers.

The Role

Key Responsibilities of a Spare Parts Administrator.

• Stores Management & regular stock checks
• Generation of orders, investigation in stock discrepancies.
• Consumable spares, ensuring the correct levels are maintained and the COSHH Data sheets are up to date.
• Clothing, ensure the correct levels are maintained and prepare new starter packs when required.
• Tooling, ensure the correct levels are maintained request quotes as required.
• Deliveries, ensure all deliveries are received, checked, booked into the system, and put away correctly.
• Repairs, ensure any parts sent away for repairs are correctly logged and packed ready for collection.
• Housekeeping, work with the team to ensure all stores areas are kept to the correct 5S Standard.
• Follow the correct manual handling and health and safety procedures when handling spare parts.

On site training for the role will be provided where required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Some previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Customer Focused.
• Organised.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Team focused.
• Must hold, or be willing to be trained to hold, an MHE license for a FLT, (forklift) to load and unload deliveries as required. (On site training provided)
• Candidates must have Full and legal rights to work in the UK. (We cannot sponsor or support VISA applicants at this time)
